What to Bring
Wondering what to bring to treatment? Remember, you are not “locked-in” and you are able to walk to the supermarket, to clothing stores, to the beach, to the gym, everywhere. You will even be able to rent-a-car and take a side trip if it is therapeutically approved. Below is a list of items you should to bring to Sea Of Sharks:
- Health Insurance and Prescription Card. Include any other insurance cards (dental, vision, etc.) or health information you may need.
- Government Issued Photo I.D. Driver’s License, Passport or DMV Identification Card acceptable.
- You are permitted to have anything that will support your treatment, such as cellular or mobile telephones, laptop, tablet, MP3 players, golf clubs, tennis rackets, etc. Generally, pets are not allowed and extra staff members such as secretaries or personal assistant requests must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Personal Hygiene Items such a soap, shampoo, deodorant, razors, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, etc. All hygiene items must be alcohol-free.
- Casual and Comfortable Clothing and Shoes. Summer vacation clothes are the norm. The weather varies year-round as we are in a coastal climate. Layers and a light jacket/sweatshirt are recommended.
- Bathing suit and beach towel.
- Gym bag, gym/yoga apparel and shoes.
- Sleepwear, robe and slippers.
- Major Credit Card for your weekly incidental spending (A card can be placed on file if a card is not going to accompany the client).
- Medications must be pre-approved with a prescription and all prescriptions must reviewed by our Medical Director/Doctor. For questions regarding approved medications, please call our office.
Our clients are given time if necessary to keep up with their work or law practices so long as they do not become distractions from the client’s treatment. SOS Recovery reserves the right to restrict access to computers, telephones and all other devices or materials which may interfere with treatment.
